Unlike Florida and several other states, when on a Lake Erie Fishing Charter you are NOT covered under a 'boat license'
or a 'charter license'.

Do I need a Canadian fishing license?
Most likely, no! We have had excellent walleye fishing in the Ohio waters of Lake Erie for several years now, and
do not expect that to be any different this year. However, fish are fish, and they will move! If it appears that
we will need to chase the good walleye fishing into Canadian waters, I will contact you prior to your scheduled date
to discuss our options and border crossing requirements.
